BI allows its activator reference each time a background activity is executing during standby.
As quickly as all background duties have stopped executing, or they are forced to cease executing, BI will launch or
clear its activator reference and the SoC can go back to the idle energy mode.
Every time an activator has an impressive reference, the SoC will remain within the active power mode and
will not enter the idle (DRIPS) power mode. If the upload has started,
WER permits for optimum 1 hour (consumer mode reports) or 2 hours (kernel mode
experiences) after the linked standby is initiated.
